Register of Ship
The Register of Ship form, which is a kind of character sheet for the ship, is now available as a blank PDF. I've started with this to create a playtest, going through and creating the ship and testing steps in the rules (or figuring out what the rules need to be when there are no rules) to keep moving forward on this.

I think the best way for me to move forward is to work out some details each time I get into a situation where I need to figure something out. So this will be a very preliminary version.
One thing that came up as I was putting this together is the different symbols in the Quality field. It's a sort of hit points, but instead of being undifferentiated, there are different categories
Some of the parts I'm not certain about yet, but that's part of the reason for this exercise.
This is the preliminary info for "el Harissa" - 50 ton (class 3) vessel for #ShipCrawl. There are 10 spaces in the hold, and 4 of those are allocated to crew. The remaining 6 slots have ship's Stores; 2x commodity #9, 2x #5, 1x #10, and 2x #2 on the deck. Going with just numbered items for now.
Crew is made up of 4 Gangs; a level 2 and 3 level 1s. The Bloodknife gang is almost to level 2 as well.
I'll have the blank form posted on itch shortly, if you want to see the initial form for it
I think that the process is going to lean towards having a ship's log kind of record keeping, so it may turn out that some of this stuff gets tracked in some other fashion. Of course, it's also good to have key information right in front of you, so maybe this will remain kind of the final form
Since I only have a half dozen ship types (for now), I might make a form for each, with a bit more graphics
