April 2025 updates for Shipping Forecast

New ashcan of The SHIPPING FORECAST 

This principally sets out the navigation system and a log form to use for tracking travel.  It's not a complete game yet, but this section is close to a complete, usable system for determining ocean travel. The cadence of charting the weather and using that to go from place to place on a map is now open to testing. How this works, and what questions it asks, and where answers are needed, is the next part to be worked on, and feedback from testing the travel section will be helpful in this.

Some of the other sections are also sketched out for their interface within the overall framework.
